Questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. If you decide not to subscribe, you can export all your data and take it with you. Subscribe whenever you’re ready — your board is waiting.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly whenever you’re ready; the difference is prorated automatically.

Are payments refundable?

No. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you already paid for.

Do you offer discounts?

No. The yearly rate is the only lower price — $8 a month for paying ahead. No coupon codes, no sales, no retention offers. The price is the price.

Where does my data live?

On your device first. Your tasks are encrypted with your passphrase before they sync to the cloud — so keep your passphrase safe. If you lose it, we can’t recover your data for you.

Is there a mobile app?

Daylot runs in the browser and installs to your phone’s home screen like an app — no app store, nothing to download.
